YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SHIPPING ALCOHOL IS DELICATE AND you hereby agree to accept any damages resulting from shipping unless the bottle is broken and to take full responsibility for any damage resulting from shipping. You hereby understand and agree that neither the Duke Society nor the Shipping company i.e. but not limited to Fedex will have any liability whatsoever if damages happen during transport other than a full broken bottle hence you understand and agree to take the liability in full in any case of other damages such as but not limited to broken seal, leakageÉ

Ideal temperatures to ship alcohol are from 50 to 75 F. When placing an order while the weather is outside this range of temperatures, (referred are extreme temperatures) we strongly advise you to request a hold on your order shipment till weather permit shipping. If you decide to have your order shipped during extreme temperatures, we strongly recommend that you ship overnight but please remember that overnight shipping while a better option during extreme temperatures, does not guarantee a damage free shipment. We will hold your order if you so desire and ship when weather permits. Please note that if you choose to ship your order during extreme temperatures, you hereby understand, acknowledge and agree to release The Duke Society and the shipping company from all liabilities related to any problem caused by warm or cold weather such as but not limited to: smell alcohol in the package, trace of alcohol or alcohol leaks, level in the bottle went down, seal popped and/or any other problem. Shipping insurances DO NOT COVER any problem related to weather. If the bottle is not in stock, you agree that fulfillment may take up to 30 days. The bottle sold comes either in 700ML or 750ML.

If for any reason we agree to a return, please note that you agree that it is your responsibility to ship the bottle(s) back and to pay for all costs of shipping.
